• Ability to sift through multiple and diverse data points to identify trends, key actions and prepare comprehensive reports.

• Should have an understanding of company intelligence, business strategy, SWOT, financial analysis, org structure, account planning, etc.).
• Previous experience in market/business research and/or consulting assignments will be an added advantage.

Skills Required:

• Research acumen preferably in business research and social media research.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Ability to handle multi-dimensional clients’ requirements (what needs to be done and how).
• Proficiency in MS Office suite, CRM, and other platforms.
• Attention to detail.
